A British bingo player from the city of Colchester has just won a whooping £39.000 jackpot (approximately 51.700 euros). The lucky 26-year-old winner, who is a healthcare worker, could not believe it when he found out all the money he had won.

The gambler was enjoying the National Game at the Gala Club located in Osbourne Street where he got not only the £37.152 prize but also the £2.066 regional prize and the £200 house prize.

He declared to be in total shock when they announced how much money he had won, especially because he had never won such a big prize in his life.

The winner has been a member of Gala Bingo for 8 years now, and he used to play regularly at least once a week. The biggest prize he had ever won was £500. “I still have to make up my mind of all the money I have won and start thinking what I am going to do with it. I will save most of it for the future”, he managed to say in the middle of his emotional shock.
